Switching Trains

It makes me happy when my thoughts effortlessly float from one thing to another and another connected by something only I understand is related to the first thought.  My family likes me to warn them when I switch trains.  I like to tell them to catch up!

See if you can follow this train:

Soaking skirts
The dye is bright and deep
Thailand mostly has brown eggs

So, Vince notices how the dye from my new skirts has made the water very deep red and blue.

I am in the next room and he says to me, "Do we have any hard boiled eggs?"  I respond, "Not at the moment, but I can make some."

That twilight time just before I sleep or wake is when my mind decides to take a train trip.   My inner voice said, "Even if you wanted to dye Easter Eggs, (which I know you don't )(then I start thinking of the silly things people do at holidays) 99% of the eggs you have seen in Chiang Mai are brown!"

Does your mind do this or am I just a special kind of smiling human?

    1. I think white eggs look strange now! The eggs here are much more tasty than in the US and the yolk is bright orange!

  2. You are special kind of human. It is confirmed. 555 Whenever I wash my new clothes (always a good idea) in its own tub, and the color bleeds, I never think Easter eggs. But we never dyed them at home. That's a Thai mother for you!
